Complimentary one-on-one session

Every individual who becomes a member of Fighting Comes First receives a complimentary one-on-one training session that does not expire. Don't pass on the opportunity! 

One on One Training

One on One/Personal Training is all about you! This is your opportunity to redefine yourself in any way you want. Whether it is to set goals and lose weight, increase your confidence, feel better, look better, be held accountable, get stronger, and dare I say it, become a fighter! Personal training is meant to cater to your needs and wants. Whether it's a half hour or an hour, you will receive one-on-one attention suited to your wishes.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training fits right in between our regular classes and our personal training. Looking for something a little more strength-based that pushes your cardio? But you don't exactly have to be in a one-on-one setting because you don't feel that you are ready, and that is also offered as an everyday class. Then you are looking into right the kind of training. Small groups will consist of up to six members who have specific goals ranging from novice all the way up to the advanced. Goals and progress will be monitored during this class. The small group team will utilize Olympic weights and barbells, kettlebells up to 97 lbs, our curve treadmill, surge rower, turf, and prowler, etc. You will get to utilize all the heavy-duty equipment you would in a personal training session but with a team of members pushing right next to you. The small group training class is a great way to build confidence while also building proper form and technique with heavy duty equipment while forming lifelong long training partners. Oh, and of course, all small group training members have access to all of the other classes as well.
